Is a mild Mexican sausage made from prime beef
and pork. Chorizo sausages vary significantly depending where in
the world you eat them. Anywhere where there has been a Spanish
influence (Spain, Mexico, South America and the Philippines) has
its own version of this popular sausage. Ours is the Mexican version.
Chorizo is widely known in New Zealand as a spicy, smoked delicatessen
type sausage. Branco’s Chorizo was the first fresh (uncooked)
Chorizo sausage in supermarkets.
